ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz will finalise its party re-organisation plan next Monday, PML-N officials have said.

The PML-N spokesman Ahsan Iqbal told DawnNews that organising committees will also start the membership campaign of the party, from next week.

The party leadership will also constitute organising committees at federal, provincial and local levels.

The committees will not only run the affairs of the party in the absence of the office bearers, but also conduct the elections.

The PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif had dissolved all the party offices some two months ago in a bid to restructure the party.

Meanwhile, several senior PML-N leaders expressed their reservations over the delay in finalising the re-organisation plan of the party.

They also feared if a total new leadership is brought forward, it would create serious differences within the party.

A PML-N official says the re-organisation of the party was delayed because of other important national issues. -DawnNews
